I made a mistake!
This is why I don’t forage for gilled mushrooms, with very few exceptions.
If I can mix up nitrogen-fixers (which won’t kill me), I can mix up mushroom species (which can kill me).
The trees look similar, grow in similar fashion, and are located in similar places.
The problem is: one will root and grow into a beautiful living fence, the other will eventually rot.
I’m not sure of the species which I confused for Gliricidia sepium. It looks almost like a cassia and blooms late in the year with yellow, butterfly-like blooms.
Ah well. Live and learn. I won’t mix them up again.

A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

That works for me.
Good video… enjoy knowing you are human..
one suggestion…. light colored…light weight fabric… long sleave shirts… for bug protection and more importantly… sun protection. I get mind at the local thrift shops.
I would like to find some shirts like that. I can’t. Thrift stores used to be my main source of gardening clothes. Here, all I can find is new clothing, mostly Chinese imports, of high expense and low quality. I might have to get some shirts from the states.
We all make mistakes :) thanks for sharing yours. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out now that it’s fixed.
Do you have moringa there? Thinking of trying it with moringa here.
Yes – we have moringa. I am thinking the same thing. Try it!
