After four years, Ezekiel’s landrace watermelons have really come into their own.
We can’t believe the productivity:Those were harvested yesterday morning.
Here’s an overhead shot:
The little yellow one is a fluke. It was red inside, and bland. The rest we have opened so far have been good. Many of them are yellow. One red one was sweeter than any melon I’ve ever tasted.

We added these up along with the watermelons we’ve already pulled in.
The total yield of watermelons so far in 2025: 1,093lbs. Not bad at all.

Daisy is selling seeds from these melons in her store. All proceeds go to her and Ezekiel. Good work, kids!
