Mikell sends photos of a well-balanced meal containing all the major food groups.
The Sweet Pepper and Onion All Natural Chicken Sausage Group with No Antibiotics Ever:
The Spinach Dip with No Artificial Flavor and Real Cream and 80 Calories Group:
The Red Stripe Lager Beer and Salted Taste The Freshness Peanuts Group:
And all together:
Note also the No Artificial Colors or Flavors Wrap Group, with a special appearance by the Cheddar Cheese Group.
Amazing. Thank you, Mikell. Looks about as legit as the original food pyramid.

Lol. That stupid food pyramid was so bogus. 6-11 servings of grains?
I think I read somewhere that it was written that way in order to make it look like poor people weren’t eating garbage with little to no nutritional content. We subsidize grains so heavily in this country that they now make up a majority of most people’s diets. But it would have made those policies look problematic if they drew the food pyramid with all the real foods (like fruits, veggies, meat, eggs, and dairy) at the bottom, because most people can’t afford to get most of their calories that way. So they stuck grains at the bottom so it would look like a diet centered around bread, rice, pasta, factory-extruded sugar cereal, and other cheap processed foods was actually ideal.
Watch, any day now they’ll revise it again and stick bugs at the bottom and eliminate the meat category entirely.
