I bought this book a couple of days ago. Utterly fascinating.
You can find it here as a download. I bought the .pdf, printed it, three-hole punched the pages and put it in a binder so I can read in bed at night and skip staring at a screen.
I’ll have to post a full review when I’m done reading. I’m half-way through it now and I believe it’s going to prove greatly helpful in my new quest to grow good apples in Florida.

I love apple trees. I keep trying to grow apples but I have not had good luck. They keep getting cedar rust disease, even when I spray them. I need a resistant variety which I have yet to find. If you come across any mention of that, please let me know!
are you going to be like jack and insist that micro brewing apple jack is going to be bigger than beer for all the gluten free needs of our future drinking populations? he is so out there sometimes, even more than I am. I figure all the gluten free people are probably drinking wine at this point. apple makes some great wine, by the way. I should write an article.
i still have to come by and visit some time. I have those hibiscus sabdariffa seeds to give to you. maybe next school holiday we can do that. or email me your postal.
