More reason to grow your own food…
This week over at The Prepper Project, I swear off Cheez-Its(TM) (again):

You know, I really like the taste of Cheez-Its. I just don’t like the highlighted bits:
ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE
[VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), SOYBEAN AND PALM OIL WITH TBHQ FOR FRESHNESS, SKIM MILK CHEESE (SKIM MILK, WHEY PROTEIN, CHEESE CULTURES, SALT, ENZYMES, ANNATTO EXTRACT FOR COLOR), SALT, CONTAINS TWO PERCENT OR LESS OF PAPRIKA, YEAST, PAPRIKA OLEORESIN FOR COLOR, SOY LECITHIN.
Other than that, we’re almost cool.
In other news, this is hilarious.

I hate to think how many Cheez-Its I have consumed in my life. Before I learned about GMOs and forceably mutated wheat and hormones in milk and all that. Oleoresin? You know they call the major ingredient of plastic resin, don't you? I have worked at a couple of places that make plastic stuff.
[sigh] I loved Cheez-Its.
But lately I have been discovering how delicious veggies can be. And fruits that are called veggies. Like eggplant. Monday I sliced up an eggplant and dipped the slices in olive oil, sprinkled a bit of sea salt on them, and baked them for an hour. They are soooooo good ….
Sometimes My partner and i ponder how the heck all of us where by in addition to stay fascinated to one another. You know the way opposites catch the attention of? That’s all of us, entirely. I'm keen on spicy meal, your woman thinks pepper will be also spicy.Ryan Eagle Scammer
