We are very pleased to announce the SPRING GOOD GARDENING SUPERCLASS with David The Good in North/Central Florida, on Saturday, April 20th.
Why attend the Good Gardening Superclass?
David The Good is coming back to Scrubland Farmz to get you ready for incredible harvests in 2024 with the Spring Good Gardening Masterclass.
You’ll learn:
How to Grow ONE TON of Food in Your First Year (plus 10 crops that thrive in Florida)
How to Garden SO CHEAP it would Make Dave Ramsey Weep
How to use Animals to SUPERCHARGE your Food Yields
…and more.
You’ll also get to shop the fantastic rare and wonderful edible plants at the Scrubland Farmz plant nursery.
SCRUBLAND FARMZ ADDRESS:
22505 NE 130th Ct Rd
Fort McCoy, FL 34132
561-239-6484
NOTE: Don’t Get Lost! If using map apps like Google, just search for Scrubland Farmz and not the physical address. The physical address will send you down a dirt road 1/4 mile before the drive way. We had issues with people not finding the event last year. Google has fixed their “Scrubland Farmz” search to take you to the right place, but the physical address will literally steer you wrong.
GET TICKETS
ENTRY FEE: $40 per adult, children 18 and under are free!
Pay here and please print your payment receipt to present at the gate. Your receipt is your ticket, so make sure to print it out and keep it.
NOTE: If you do not pay ahead, you can pay at the gate. However, depending on the number of online ticket sales before the event, gate sales and admissions may be limited due to parking and space considerations.
Additional Note on Non-Nursery Plant Material
Though there has been interest, we unfortunately cannot have a plant swap at this location. As a registered Florida nursery, Scrubland Farmz is subject to quarantine restrictions, pest inspection, invasive species laws, etc., and maintains compliance with all laws governing the licensure of nursery growers in the state of Florida; therefore, we cannot allow the import of non-nursery plant material due to the potential for violations that may impact our host.
Schedule
*Final note: Scrubland Farmz is a working farm, so no dogs allowed except service dogs. And no pruning shears, because it makes Sam sad.
