Hello, I saw the gentleman’s sad story of injustice. Mortgages/Foreclosures, etc. are over my head (have never owned property) but I followed a Colorado guy’s similar story several years ago, & if I remember correctly he was eventually successful even though the corrupt bank was already trying to sell his house. (I don’t have all his newsletters on the subject but found a few, below).

It appeared your subscriber was only lacking proof. The Colorado guy was able to find the documents he needed free by submitting an FOIA request to the FDIC. He says they were eager to help. His story was also covered in The Boulder Weekly newspaper.

Not sure if ANY of this would be helpful whatsoever to the current gentleman but figured I’d “throw it out there” just in case. Maybe the FDIC has copies of what he needs as well(??)

2009: Update on my battle with the bank (by Bruce McDonald, Colorado, founder of the KickThemAllOut (of Congress) Project & website):
For any of you who are interested, my battle with the bank over my home is moving right along. As I mentioned in the last newsletter, I hired an attorney to represent me and he has managed to get a continuance deep into January, which will hopefully give me time to find the records I need to prove this bank attempting to steal my home has ZERO financial interest in my property. I have found instructions on how to create an account at the Securities Exchange Commission website and apparently I will then be able to search for the record of when my first bank, IndyMac Bank, sold my note into the securities market. If I can find that, it will prove that IndyMac sold their interest in my property long before this new bank came along so there is no way in hell that this new bank can possibly have a financial interest in my property. It will expose the entire fraud being perpetrated by OneWest Bank, and most banks for that matter. For any of you who need detailed info check out the LivingLies.wordpress.com website.
