Since I hit 5,000 subscribers, I’ve been dreaming up ideas for my YouTube channel that transform it from a fun place for me to post ideas and into a serious gardening resource.
With that in mind, I launched a tightly written and edited program titled Totally Crazy Easy Gardening.
In case you missed them, here’s Episode 1:
And Episode 2:
But then, as I posted on July 4th, I accepted a challenge from Justin Rhodes to make 30 videos in 30 days! Now I’m really scrambling… but I’m making some great stuff and having a lot of fun. Here are the first three installments:
Yes, I ate snails from the river. Why? BECAUSE THEY WERE THERE!
And I’m 1/4 French.

And Here’s Where YOU Come In!
I announced to my newsletter readers that I’m looking for good ideas for upcoming videos. If there’s something you want me to cover, let me know in the comments and I’ll cover it if possible.
And, incidentally, you’re not going to believe the video we created for Monday…
Thanks for watching. I’ll make it worth your while.

Would you please do an episode on how to harvest and store seeds for the longest term possible. You could also make episodes on which plants are best for permaculture applications by USDA zones. Maybe how to butcher certain animals if that doesn’t get too touchy. Like chickens and rabbits etc.
I did start my first batch of fish emulsion as per your recommendations!

I’m always looking for more info on pruning trees like mulberry and moringa to keep them within eating reach. While it is a pretty basic concept, there is always that one, new idea that makes it a little easier or work a litle better.
That skillet, though…..NICE!
Oh! I thought sure Rachel would try the emails! Lol! How about a nature video from where you are located at the secret undisclosed location. Show us some native plants in the wild, I am interested in seeing things like cassava growing naturally in the environment and comparing it to my food forest.
