I may not have my main house done this year, but we could still move over to our land if we had one of these tiny a-frame cabins as an overflow sleeping room for a couple of the children:
I could likely build one just from scrap wood and roofing panels. It wouldn’t take too long, and it would be easy to set up on a few cinderblocks. With a clear side – or even part of the roof! – you could watch the fireflies zipping through the jungle at night.

If I remember correctly, the children are quite young. Are you not concerned about them sleeping by themselves outside?
I have a range of ages – oldest are teens. No, not worried. They would be close to the house.
