We may not be in the clear yet… apparently 32 is predicted for Sunday!

When I heavily mulch my beds with leaves or woody compost they get over run with pill/sow bugs. Don’t want to let the chickens in to clean up because they tear everything up. Not to mention eat the small greens. Got any suggestions?

You mention in your video about the dwarf everbearing mulberry being inferior – that’s what we have so far. I’m curious to know what varieties of mulberry you’d recommend.
David, I’m so glad I found your channel! We moved to south florida from British Columbia and boy we’ve been learning to garden all over again. Thanks for all you do! God bless you! (We’re fellow homeschoolers too)

I’ve read your grocery row gardening book and watched all your videos on the subject. You’ve convinced my husband and I to pick up all the raised beds and till everything under into rows, we got started today. I have the same nw Florida gross sand you had when you wrote the book so I’m going to try to source all the ingredients for Solomon’s gold this week sometime. Thanks for all the inspiration! I hope my grocery row gardens do the system justice .
