My friend Kathy in Georgia send me some before and after photos of her new Chinese water chestnut garden.
First, this is what it looked like a month ago:
A couple little water chestnuts. So sad, right? Look at it now:
I don’t know why the ducks are there. I think they may be using that sieve to scoop out corms when Kathy isn’t looking.
Bad ducks! Bad!
Kathy believes the hot pink pool helps her Chinese water chestnuts grow better. I’m inclined to agree… they look amazing.
Water chestnuts are remarkably easy to grow and bear abundantly.

How are you growing them? How did you plant them, how do you care for them? Are you actually getting fruit? Where do you live (state). Thanks :-)
