Today, after some delay, we have a lot of chickens to butcher. Perhaps 50. These are the Red Broilers, which have taken quite a while to fatten up.

This time I hope to have Rachel film the process and make a video I can post for members of my YouTube channel. I won’t put it up for everyone – just the paying members – as a lot of people are way too stupid and emotional about where good food comes from.

As a longtime vegetarian the one thing I can say is that these chickens had WAY better lives than industrially produced birds.
