Today we’re headed out to the gardens to plant potatoes. I’ll be planting with the moon for the first time. According to the Farmer’s Almanac for February:

We could have planted on the 21st-22nd but were busy with other things, to 25th-26th it is.

I’ll film a video of our current methods as we plant. I have a lot of helpers today, as my sister’s family is here with their seven children. Add that to my crew and we could plant hundreds of acres!
